Golden Color, Delicate Flavor (Vermont Fancy):  

Usually made in the beginning of the "sugaring" season. Pour over vanilla ice cream for a Vermont maple sundae!

Amber Color, Rich Flavor (Vermont Medium Amber A):  

Usually made around mid-season, this syrup seems to be the most popular for all around use. A great choice for gifts too!

Dark Color, Robust Flavor (Vermont Dark Amber A):  

As the season progresses, the syrup gets darker and the flavor more robust. Good for all around use. It's hearty flavor is great for all types of recipes.

Very Dark Color, Very Strong Flavor (Vermont Grade B):  

Produced at the end of the season, this syrup is perfect for cooking! Makes Vermont baked beans, breads, and cookies EXTRA tasty!
